I’ve been behind the ball on feeding the blog machine. It was a pleasant surprise on Monday to receive a phone call from my friend and former co-host Jennifer Quinlan who resides in Texas, doing radio for a nationally known broadcast network while I cry in my unemployed beer up here in Stumptown. All of my exes don’t live in Texas. Unfortunately, I’ve scattered my pain throughout the country.
Jennifer & The Kat, masked; I'm on the left.
You probably think that I can’t be brief. You’re probably right. However, I won’t be writing much, today, since I ended up yakking with Jen whom I lovingly refer to as Clown. She and I did a morning radio show in Santa Barbara, CA from early ‘92 to mid-’95. The above photo is from one of the many dog-and-pony shows, uh, I mean promotional events in which we had the pleasure of participating.
There’s an old demo of the Jennifer & The Kat show at Magic 106, KMGQ on my Voiceover page.
Below is our conversation from Monday evening, which begins with her voicemail. Our silliness lasted for an hour, but I cut out most of it. We intend to do regular podcasts, which will be added to the rest of the repertoire that can be found on The Tao of Kat as I begin playing on-air, again, with several of my friends and fellow loons. I hope you enjoy the fun and frivolity.

Thanks for listening to what I call ToK WWWadio™. If you enjoyed it, then please ask your friends to give us a listen and pass it along. We would deeply appreciate it. We look forward to sharing more silliness with you.
